Anita Sutton Did an excellent job of making my husband and I feel comfortable during the entire process of selecting a Ford Explorer to purchase. Sales manager yelled at me because I was calling his service part manager too much told me to apologize, I said I’m not gonna apologize to nobody. I just bought a car from you for almost 23,000 and you service part manager too much told me to apologize, I said I’m not gonna apologize to nobody. I just bought a car from you for almost 23,000 and you want me to leave out the lot without a jack or spare tire. Finally got a jack & donut rusted old. Worst experience I’ve ever had in my 62 years. I would never recommend Sutton Ford to no one!!!!!! Further more the Sales manager needs to apologize to me More

Van in for engine work. Some nine grand or so for replacement. Picked up van and would not start and when they did get it started, had a check engine light on. Service write Some nine grand or so for replacement. Picked up van and would not start and when they did get it started, had a check engine light on. Service writer didn’t want to write a new ticket to make it run. Not very customer centric. Left van to pick up when they could get it running and working. More
