I did not met Frank. We closed a deal with Gary Smith and he has been so patient and helpful. The first time, me & my daughter, stopped in, we were looking at cars for a We closed a deal with Gary Smith and he has been so patient and helpful. The first time, me & my daughter, stopped in, we were looking at cars for a good 15 minutes & no one said hi to us. Gary came down the stairs and approached us right away. Super friendly, answered all our questions. We came back and closed 2 deals. Coincidently, 7 yrs ago, I bought my first Audi from him too :) Nathan was also great.....overall, so happy with our 2 new Audis! More
