Service is always good however my last service was to replace a fuel door actuator. The door is now not flush to the body panel. Bringing car in to replace a brake booster- I’ll ask that they try to corr replace a fuel door actuator. The door is now not flush to the body panel. Just a bad experience overall. Purchased a new vehicle that had been used as a demo. The dealership would not make any concession on price. Grossly undervalued my trade in so I had to sell that myself. Sa that had been used as a demo. The dealership would not make any concession on price. Grossly undervalued my trade in so I had to sell that myself. Salesman had to attend a mandatory meeting while we waited and we heard the sales manager yelling and cursing, insulting the sales staff with name calling with the door open and 10 feet from where we were sitting. The car was damaged in multiple areas including a broken tire belt, a dented wheel, a large group of scratches on the front bumper and damaged dirty seat leather. None of this was identified by the dealership. I had to find it myself the day after delivery when it was light outside. This is not what one would expect when paying $80,000 for a vehicle. Sales and service department seemed annoyed that they had to address the issues. Never received and apology or even a follow up to make sure everything was ok. Terrible experience. More

Karl was extremely helpful and his follow up with me has been spot on. Financing the car through you all was seamless and I received a better rate than that from my bank.
