Alan was incredibly helpful. He got me in the right car at the right price. He worked very hard to make sure i was satisfied with my purchase. Bought a certified used Q5 I did everything over the phone and on line and had a wonderful experience. Great dealership and Tom and Nathan were very helpful. Bill from service was also super helpful in that I brought my car in (which I traded in) and he provided me an immediate loaner. When the repairs did not make sense, he referred me to Tom. Very positive experience from start to finish. More
