I've worked with Gary Smith for several decades and he has what I consider to be an enlightened approach to sales: Complete focus on helping me figure out what will work best for me. Gary doesn't do pressure -- it's not in his DNA. Rather, he combines his customer focus with a deep knowledge of the increasingly complex features across a broad range of products. He also knows the competitive landscape and the prices that we have worked out have always been very fair. The service department does a great job in making sure my cars are in excellent condition while never pressuring me to do unnecessary work. It's a pleasure to do business with them, and every experience with Audi Devon just reinforces and enhances my assessment of this establishment. More

My experience at the two dealerships could not have been more different. From the second I walked through the door I was blown away by the polished and welcoming show room with such a wide variety of different models on display. Karl greeted me and was very professional and helpful. He quickly found a Q7 in the color combination I wanted and was transparent in his pricing breakdown. I went back that afternoon to purchase the car and had it by the end of the following week in time for an upcoming trip. Audi Devon made the entire process seamless and easy. It was very pleasant. Very upset I recently leased a Q3 and am very dissatisfied with my experience. Ibrahim showed me the premium package features in one Q3 such as heating steering I recently leased a Q3 and am very dissatisfied with my experience. Ibrahim showed me the premium package features in one Q3 such as heating steering and phone charging pad. I didn’t like the color so he found another Q3 which was cheaper per month. I asked, so which features does this car not have since it’s cheaper? He said only doesn’t have navigation which I was okay with. This was a lie. After I drove off of the lot I started to realize more and more features that he showed me in the first Q3 that are missing in my car. This was my first car purchase and I wish I could return it. I would have gone with the premium model if he told me the truth about the features that were missing. I love Audi’s but after this experience I am not satisfied with my purchase and due to the lack of transparency I will not be a repeat customer. More
