Had a mixed experience at Acura of Berlin. Was told only after I put a refundable deposit down they could then tell me what my APR would be, per dealership policy. This was a little annoying, but I still put my deposit down. The deposit was put down on a Tuesday and Raj they would get back to me the following day with the APR. This never happened as I only was told about the APR when I went to pick up the car that Thursday, which I had already switched over my insurance. I was also misled into thinking I would get a better rate than what was given to me, which made me feel like I was taken advantaged of. I hope this isn't standard practice for other buyers. This was my first experience buying a car and at least I learned something for next time, don't switch over your insurance until you can see the APR. I was also on a time crunch for buying a new car so this didn't help their. Raj was very nice but this left a sour taste in my mouth. More

Saw a Jeep Wrangler and contacted the dealership. Went in did a test drive and a week after drove out the lot with the vehicle. They made the process as simple as possible on the day of delivery. My experience with Acura of Berlin was positive from the very beginning. I had already decided that I wanted the Acura MDX and was very determined to get one. When I came to Acura of Berlin, Raj (Navaraj Sankar) greeted me and was extremely helpful throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, professional, and never pushy. He made the experience comfortable and was genuinely invested in helping me get the right vehicle. Eric and Zeon were also great to work with and were able to give me a very good price, which ultimately made me decide to purchase from Acura of Berlin. I live quite far away, but the deal I received made the drive and the extra hassle absolutely worth it. After purchasing the MDX, I noticed a scratch on the passenger-side window glass that appeared to be a manufacturing defect. The dealership took care of it and replaced the glass. The service department was also excellent and handled the issue smoothly. Overall, I had a great experience with Raj, Eric, Zeon, and the service department. Even though Acura of Berlin is far from where I live, I would make the drive again. The great pricing, excellent customer service, and support even after the sale made it completely worth it.
