Had a mixed experience at Acura of Berlin. Was told only after I put a refundable deposit down they could then tell me what my APR would be, per dealership policy. This was a little annoying, Was told only after I put a refundable deposit down they could then tell me what my APR would be, per dealership policy. This was a little annoying, but I still put my deposit down. The deposit was put down on a Tuesday and Raj they would get back to me the following day with the APR. This never happened as I only was told about the APR when I went to pick up the car that Thursday, which I had already switched over my insurance. I was also misled into thinking I would get a better rate than what was given to me, which made me feel like I was taken advantaged of. I hope this isn't standard practice for other buyers. This was my first experience buying a car and at least I learned something for next time, don't switch over your insurance until you can see the APR. I was also on a time crunch for buying a new car so this didn't help their. Raj was very nice but this left a sour taste in my mouth. More

Saw a Jeep Wrangler and contacted the dealership. Went in did a test drive and a week after drove out the lot with the vehicle. They made the process as simple as possible on the day of delivery.
