NayColle went above and beyond to help us with getting our new car. She was friendly, engaging, and helpful in so many ways. She made us feel like we were part of her family. The main reason we came back to BMW of Sarasota to purchase our second BMW was NayColle Wright. She sold us our X5 two years ago, which we are very happy with, so when we decided to sell our Lexus, w purchase our second BMW was NayColle Wright. She is a great representative for BMW and the dealership. She understood what we were looking for in a car and didn't try to push us toward a vehicle that didn't match what we were looking for.
