This service department has never been anything but honest and up front with any service request I've asked for. Their prices are fair and there's no gouging. Let's face it, when you have a car, stuff costs money, and the more expensive your car is, the more the maintenance might cost. They have specials from time to time so I can still get my oil changed cheaper than it would cost me to do it myself. I highly recommend them! More

Naycolle took a very active non encroaching role in the sale of my vehicle and was kind from the start. Her presence was both comforting and inspiring due to her level of professionalism as well as tone of sale of my vehicle and was kind from the start. He explained options of coverage offered by BMW VERY effectively however, I was inclined to take my risks. Jesus was able to relate to me on a personal level while my child was well behaved in his office. The facility was clean and welcoming. The staff were kind and understanding of my daughters needs to make noise and run about (she’s 5). I was reassured by Chris S. in sales that he and Naycolle were a team and that I was getting the best possible price for my efforts to mitigate spending. I encountered Humbert C. in the parking lot and his level of respect and professionalism was notable as he explained a effective place to leave my other vehicle so I could drive my Mustang home. I do not anticipate any issues in the future getting another key for the mustang as promised, or having the dent in the door fixed, as Naycolle took an active role, reassuring me that it will be handled.
