She was very knowledgeable of the car I was buying and NO question went unanswered. Furthermore, Ms Wright is the epitome of what customer service should be. I highly suggest all employees emulate this stellar saleswoman as she is an Oscar, Scholar, and an Asset to the Sarasota BMW community. Lastly, the gentleman who assisted in financing (not listed) was a "Star." Clearly explained financing and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. "BOE" p.s.
