Choosing to lease our 2013 Town and Country was a big decision. We visited more than 6 dealerships in an effort to find the right van and the right deal. Crown was our first stop and our final stop. We have only purchased one other new vehicle, it was from crown too. We had some really tight numbers with which to work, as well as a list of "must haves." Kathy, Ron, and Neal worked with us as long as we needed to put us in the right van. While our paper work was being prepared, Kathy stayed with us and answered every question we had. For peace of mind, we had to shop around to be certain we were making the right choice. The Town and Country was by far the best value for our family's needs. The staff was friendly, helpful, informative, and professional. The facility was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. If you don't have time to run all over the greater Columbus area, save yourself the stress and headache by just shopping Crown. More

Andy was great. I ordered a new Jeep from the assembly plant and Andy was always in constant communication with me; never pushy. Made the car buying process very plesant. Nick in financing was great and made the process very smooth. I will continue to have my vehicles served at Crown, and I will recommend friends and/or family buy at Crown. I hate to go to car dealerships and have to deal with the constant haggling from salesmen. Crown was nothing like this. Andy sent me emails and/or texted me and I never felt pressure from him. I felt like he already knew that I was going to buy a vehicle when I was ready to buy, and he was there to help with that process instead of just pushing it through. Great service from Andy!!! More

Two years ago, after driving Jeeps for over 10 year, I leased a 2011 Honda Pilot from Germain Honda in Dublin. There were a number of reasons that influenced this decision, but it was a tremendous mistake. I tried to return the car the next day but the dealer refused. The pilot was a disappointment from the start. Despite not liking the car because it felt cheap, was under powered, had a horrible sound system, and felt like a minivan - it had numerous maintenance issues and recalls. For two years I looked at jeeps, trying to find a dealer that would work with me to get me out of my Honda lease. Last week I walked into Crown in Dublin, OH and met Neal Linkhorn, the GM, and Jason Stull, the sales guy. They introduced me to the new Grand Cherokees and we drove nearly a half dozen differently equipped jeeps. They helped me find the combination of options and even colors I liked best, but they didn't have that car on the lot. Neil and Jason searched over 100 dealers to find EXACTLY the jeep I wanted. I couldn't have custom ordered it any better. Then they worked with finance department to get me a fantastic price, a great value for my trade, and better financing than my credit union at work offered. Even the small town dealers couldn't get me a price this good and they were not willing to get the jeep I wanted. The dealer in Marysville, where I purchased two jeeps previously, said I would have to complete a custom order if the Jeep I wanted wasn't on the lot. Imagine the cost of that. Car sales reps generally irritate me to no end, but I couldn't be happier with Neal and Jason at Crown. They didn't try to "test close" the sale repeatedly; rather they were consultative and respectful. If you are like me and you are difficult to please, try talking to these guys. Jason is a super salesman, no pressure at all. I am a return customer. Neal Linkhorn is a great manager. When I recently came in to purchase my new Compass I went right to Jason. There wasn't much of w return customer. Neal Linkhorn is a great manager. When I recently came in to purchase my new Compass I went right to Jason. There wasn't much of what everyone calls the dickering on price I came in knowing what I wanted to spend and what I wanted for the Wrangler trade. Jason let me test drive the vehicles by myself, and all was said and done I was happy. My real reason for this review happened over the weekend. My new Compass stopped running on Sunday at 4pm. I was able to get it going again but was afraid to turn it off. I called Neal and told him the situation, not only did he let me bring it in but he gave one of the new vehicles to drive overnight. Now that's what I customer service!! Mark Nelson in service took care of me Monday morning. This is a great dealership from the sales to the service and it's events like this that keep me coming back and sending them business whenever I can. Thanks guys!!! More

We have purchased cars from Crown in the past and have always had great service on great vehicles. There was no hesitation to return to Crown to purchase a new car. Once we completed the deal, at delivery he reviewed all the options and features of the 300C. We will continue to purchase our vehicles from Crown and Everett! More

Some hiccups with the appraisal of our trade-in. Also could have been a littel more pro-active once we indicated our interest--e.g., searching for a vehicle that met our needs. Jeffrey L. Henderson (Sales) was extremely helpful with assisting me in selecting the vehicle I purchased. He went the "extra mile" to insure that I was satisfied and his outstanding attitude continued we assisting me in selecting the vehicle I purchased. His concern for the customer is one of those attibutes which make him a credit to the Crown dealership. I was treated with respect and had a lot of help in selecting the vehicle that would suit my needs. The young lady who helped me with the financial aspects of my purchase answered in detail every question I had asked her. She was extremely knowledgeable and conducted herself in a very professional manner. Both Jeffrey L. Henderson (Salesperson) and Neal Linkhorn (General Sales Manager) went "the extra mile" to ensure that I was well satisfied with my purchase. Both gentlemen were polite and courteous and are a credit to the Crown Chrysler/Doge/Jeep Dealership in Dublin, Ohio. It was great working with Craig. I appreciated that he took the time to locate the car that I really wanted.
