This for sure was the longest wait I have ever had NSL from previous purchases. Not until I complained did anyone even come out to say something to me. Very disappointing and not what I expect from NSL. Once in finance, it went very smoothly, but at that point the entire process had already tainted my overall opinion. More

The Northside Lexus dealership itself made me feel as if I was apart of a new car family and not just another customer purchasing a vehicle from them.
