I had booked the vehicle back in November 2021. It certainly took a very long time to get this vehicle delivered to me. Although Needham is a great asset for Lexus. As the time came close on my delivery of the vehicle and some how my contact information in the system was not current. One sunny day, my bell rings at the house and Needham is at the front door! He couldn’t get a hold of me via the old contact number hence his outreach to personally come and find me. This is by far the best sales person I have ever came across. In addition, Needham went above and beyond and delivered the vehicle to me at my footsteps at the house. Caleb in finance dept was also a pleasure to work with. He did not push extra services like some people do in finance dept. All paper work was done electronically and I love the entire process. More
