I'd been working around the house the saturday my wife decided she wanted to look at Lexus vehichles. I showed up to northside in shorts and tank top and flip flops! (I felt a little ashamed of my attire) decided she wanted to look at Lexus vehichles. I showed up to northside in shorts and tank top and flip flops! (I felt a little ashamed of my attire) Needham met us at the front door with the greatest of respect. He showed us a few cars that we were interested in and made a fantastic deal and walked out with a beautiful 460GX and of course my beautiful wife!!!! Needham is hands down the best car salesman I've had the pleasure working with! With service like this, we'll definitely be back when it's time to purchase again! But better dressed!! LOL More

Needham Shotwell was great, We were waiting for my wife's old Lexus to be serviced. She was in love with it and didn't want to think about trading it in. Needham found out what she would look for in a new o old Lexus to be serviced. She was in love with it and didn't want to think about trading it in. Needham found out what she would look for in a new one. Even though wet and cold took time to go into the lot and show her 2 RXs he thought she would like. After driving the 2020 she was ready to buy. Done deal. Melissa O'Connell- I have to also say something about your tech support. I was at home setting up some things for my wife and ran into a problem. I called Tech support. All were busy and had to wait for a callback. A very short wait and Melissa returned my call. Melissa knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. She even stayed on the line while I went to the car in case I ran into a problem. I hope you are taking great care of her as she is one of those employees you do not want to lose. She left me with no doubt we (wife and me) had made a good decision and the right dealer.
