My wife and I walked in to Northside Lexus and we had never been there before. We have never even owned a Lexus before this purchase. It was no doubt the best car buying experience we have ever had, and never been there before. We have never even owned a Lexus before this purchase. Mr. Needham Shotwell is the most outstanding salesperson I have ever dealt with, he is very knowledgeable and really cares for the customer. My husband and I returned our lease vehicle at another dealership I have ever dealt with, he is very knowledgeable and really cares for the customer. My husband and I returned our lease vehicle at another dealership so rather than using Uber or getting a ride from a family members, he sent a car for us and we left Northside Lexus with a new vehicle and a smile.
