It was a pleasure working with Jared Postma. I originally came to your dealership and spoke with Needham Shotwell( 2 visits) . He was very condescending and wasn’t willing to try and find the veh originally came to your dealership and spoke with Needham Shotwell( 2 visits) . He was very condescending and wasn’t willing to try and find the vehicle that I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. He told me the vehicle was no where to be found. I left there telling myself that I would never do business with your dealership. I received a phone call from Jared Postma regarding an online inquiry that I had done earlier in the week. I automatically told him that I would not do business with y’all Due to the way I was treated. He asked me if I would give him the chance To save the sale if he could find me the vehicle that I wanted for the right price. I said I would and Jared called me back within 10 minutes with the exact NX300 that I wanted. The vehicle arrived in a week, I came in, signed the paperwork and paid cash. Cuddos to Jared! More

Exceptional Service I was in the market for a weekend car, I have purchased 3 vehicles from Northside Lexus over the last 5 years, so I asked my salesman (Needham Shotwel I was in the market for a weekend car, I have purchased 3 vehicles from Northside Lexus over the last 5 years, so I asked my salesman (Needham Shotwell) to keep his eyes open for a low mileage Lexus convertible. The first one that came in didn't really speak to me so I let it go. The second one he called me about was perfect. A 2004 SC430 with 40,000 miles. It had a cracked windshield, which we agreed would get replaced. We made a deal (I'd always like to get a better deal but I thought it was a fair price because I know Northside will stand behind me with any issues). When I got the car home about 4 days later I noticed a couple of cosmetic, trim issues that weren't there before the windshield got changed out. I called my Service Advisor (Rabi Najjarin) and set up an appointment to get those issues corrected. Rabi had a loaner vehicle for me when I arrived. 4 hours later the issues were fixed, no charge. That's why I'm willing to pay a little extra to buy a used car from Northside. They "did the right thing" and stood by their product. So, I've now purchased 2 new cars & 2 used cars from Northside in the last 5 years. Needham & Rabi are both great people with whom to work! More

Found what I wanted and bought it. I currently drive an older 2010 Lexus RX 350 and have been looking on-line at various SUVs comparing pricing and features. Was fairly certain I wanted a new RX 350, but needed to go actually drive one. We are still under COVID-19 social distancing, so hadn't really planned to do anything but test drive. As it turns out Northside had the color, both exterior and interior, that I like and made me a deal I could live with. I seemed to be the only customer in the dealership. Might have been one other having some service done. So I was a bit surprised to have to sit and wait in the lobby for a while on two separate occasions. More
