New Vehicle Purchase Hello, I initially went Northside Lexus to replace a tire on my 2008 Lexus ES 350. I wanted a new Lexus but wasn't sure about it especially with the Hello, I initially went Northside Lexus to replace a tire on my 2008 Lexus ES 350. I wanted a new Lexus but wasn't sure about it especially with the Pandemic going on. I've been knowing Mr. Needham for a couple years now and he new that I was eyeing the GX. He made my visit pleasant. He's a no pressure, very professional salesman. He was diligent in helping me get into the right vehicle at a reasonable price. It was a pleasure working with Jared Postma. I originally came to your dealership and spoke with Needham Shotwell( 2 visits) . He was very condescending and wasn’t willing to try and find the veh originally came to your dealership and spoke with Needham Shotwell( 2 visits) . He was very condescending and wasn’t willing to try and find the vehicle that I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. He told me the vehicle was no where to be found. I left there telling myself that I would never do business with your dealership. I received a phone call from Jared Postma regarding an online inquiry that I had done earlier in the week. I automatically told him that I would not do business with y’all Due to the way I was treated. He asked me if I would give him the chance To save the sale if he could find me the vehicle that I wanted for the right price. I said I would and Jared called me back within 10 minutes with the exact NX300 that I wanted. The vehicle arrived in a week, I came in, signed the paperwork and paid cash. Cuddos to Jared! More
