We had an appointment with David Gardner, he was busy with another couple at the time. He greeted us and apologized profusely and introduced us to a gentleman whom he recommended highly and assured us we would be in very good hands. The gentleman was “Needham Shotwell” Well, David was right Needham was wonderful. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable in all areas during the entire process, he has a very warm and assuring personality. We were prepared with a multitude of questions and armed with the knowledge of the direction we wanted this session to proceed in. We wanted information on their procedure and to view their inventory on what was available, and the money factor on the final cost. We were determined, we were not making a purchase that evening. We wanted it in print to mull over at home, if we agreed with what was presented we would return the next day to finalize the deal. Well there is a saying for well made plans, as you see we made the purchase lol, that evening.... Needham’s experience is vast. He explained everything in layman’s terminology, he made sure we understood everything. We required a lot of answers to many questions and he patiently provided the answers. He was patient as we spent hours checking merchandise, test driving a few SUV’S and talking we were never rushed. We were amazed once again with Northside Lexus and their team of employees. This vehicle is our third purchase from Northside Lexus. We have always been very impressed with the level of professionalism, honesty, service and the quality of their vehicles. We have always received excellent service over the years from this dealership and this purchase was no different. I have to start with the fact that the old building was nice, but this new building is amazing! The wait area is bright and comfortable and the fire-scape area is warm and inviting. Even my seven-year-old grandson felt right at home as we waited. As for Needham, he was both patient and explanatory. Patient because we had been working with him for a few months to get the car we both desired and the finances to make the purchase. Graciously explanatory as we went over every single detail for our desired car and our purchase. If we ever need to make another Lexus purchase (this is our third), we will definitely work with Needham again. A James Vu was personable and very easy to work with for the finance end of our purchase. And Ava was able to help with an issue on the Lexus app that kept me connected with my previous lease. She made the right phone calls to whoever needed to take care of that. Extremely helpful! More
