Little did I know the service that I was going to receive would be life-changing. I was welcomed by handshake, pleasant conversation and comforting reassurance that I would be able to get the car od my liking. This process was quick, and without a delay for approval. I appreciate Mr. Needham’s agility to make my Lexus experience a priority. Mr. Needham exemplifies great quality, and character. I appreciate all of his endeavors in making this process memorable and exceptional. I would be remiss if I’d didn’t mention Mr. Marcus Atkins in finance. As I mentioned I was not necessarily prepared to buy a car at that moment. However, Mr. Marcus’s ability to assist me made my Lexus experience a reality.
