Neil was awesome from start finish. We couldn’t find the car that we wanted and he sat down with us twice and went through all of the cars and ordered exactly what we wanted. He kept us up-to-date constantly with the update of the car that we ordered he even took a live video of my car when it arrived on the dealership. He had it washed and cleaned and had the front windows tinted for me. He went over everything in the car and set all of my settings to where I wanted them and showed me all of the controls. From start to finish this process was amazing. Daniel Dee worked hard to find me the truck I really wanted. He never stopped searching even after I rejected his proposed trucks. I came back a number of times, spoke with four dealers and still came back to Ferman. Robert the sales manager worked hard and stayed an hour after closing one night, Neil Giles finished the deal and walked us through the truck's features. Scott Poth - Finance manager really made the deal happen. His knowledge got me the rate I desired, and payment I needed. All and all, this was a great experience, and we will be buying another car here soon. More
