Neil was so kind and knowledgeable. He made sure we understood how to operate all the added perks on our new 2020 pilot. He never once made us feel like we were asking too many questions and guided us understood how to operate all the added perks on our new 2020 pilot. Neil was great and nothing like the stereotypical salesman I was expecting. I really felt like Neil cared about getting me the best deal for a car I really wanted. He took a lot of time answering all of my questions and showing me all of the features for the car I wound up getting. I love my new Honda HRV. Thanks Neil and Honda!
