I really enjoyed doing business with Luther Nissan KIA and the 3 employees I came in contact with (John Pellerzi, Eric Nieves, and Neil Haskins). This was my very first time buying a brand new vehicle yet and the 3 employees I came in contact with (John Pellerzi, Eric Nieves, and Neil Haskins). I just can't say enough good things about my sales person Sue Wegleitner that I worked with at Luther KIA in Inver Grove Heights. I'm a very picky person when it comes to getting a new car so most sales peop Sue Wegleitner that I worked with at Luther KIA in Inver Grove Heights. I'm a very picky person when it comes to getting a new car so most sales people get frustrated with me and all my concerns and lose interest fast with all my questions and requests to get the exact certain type of car and color with the options exactly the way I want them or NO DEAL !!! Sue was great because no matter what I asked for or what I requested she took the time to find out the answer for me. I never felt like I was being pressured into buying a car she has a very friendly laid back personality that made me feel very comfortable when looking around Luther KIA. In addition to Sue I also worked with Neil Haskins who is the General Sales Manager at Luther. Neil got me by far the best price and lease terms on my new 2013 KIA Forte EX of any other car dealer's in the area. Needless to say I'm very happy with both Sue and Neil and will more then happy to recommend Luther KIA to all my friends,family and neighbors in the comming years to come. Thanks again Sue and Neil great job and thanks for putting up with me and giving me that great free loaner car while you were locating my new car that really made the difference in the end you two are the best way to go Luther KIA !!! I was very very pleased with JP. He spent more time with me than I figured any dealer would. He was very thorough in explaining everything about my car. I spent my first day of vehicle shopping just for vehicle types that I was interested in, did test drives and checked prices at different dealers. JP Liesenfeld at this dealer gave me the quote without any types that I was interested in, did test drives and checked prices at different dealers. JP Liesenfeld at this dealer gave me the quote without any hassle that made me come back to them the next day. Other dealers wanted to match after I told them their quoted prices were too high than i could get somewhere else, however I didn't like that way of hassle dealing. So I came back to this dealer the next day and bought a brand-new Nissan Murano from JP and Brian. They both were friendly and great customer service. JP is a little more informative about the vehicle and what available source that we may be interested, good follow-up on this vehicle purchase and my inquiry about some accessory . The whole process was great except there were couples of issues. It was the memorial holiday weekend, so they were very busy, I had a long wait, 2.5 hours to get into business office for paperwork. Eventually I got a vehicle around 9:30 PM, too dark to check out everything. When I arrived at home, and found out that there were couples of scratches on the hood which I could tell caused by detail clean works and the car wasn't very well clean both inside and outside. I was very disappointed. I stopped by very early the next morning and met Neil, a sale manager, he was able to exchange a different car for me, luckily, they had exact the same one. They expressed their apology for delivering that vehicle to me. Although there were some problem but overall I am happy with my purchase and satisfy on their customer service . I will recommend them to buyers I know More

Let's get the bad out of the way first: This is not the most "aesthetically pleasing" dealership. The showroom is somewhat old and small, with little floor space that holds only three or four cars. The salemen don't even have cubicles, but rather small desks lined up against the window, one after another. But this is trivial, mere window dressing. Let's be honest, what separates one car dealership from another? There are two main reasons: (1) price and (2) friendly people. And Luther Nissan is tops in these categories by a mile. I shopped around via the Internet to get the best price on a new Murano. I corresponded with Mike Jung, one of the sales managers. Unlike other dealers, Mike was very responsive and pleasant to deal with, dotting all the I's and crossing all the T's by email. All the numbers were broken down in an easy-to-understand format; there were no surprises to be had. When I arrived everything was all set to go. Igor Tenenbaum, a very pleasant saleman, showed us the vehicle and its features and shephered the paperwork. And when we had a slight hiccup with one of the documents, Neil Haskins, another sales manager, went above and beyond in getting the problem fixed quickly and easily. More importantly, Luther's pricing was far and away the best of any of the local dealers -- and trust me, I contacted them all. Luther was very aggressive with their numbers, besting multiple dealers by several thousand dollars. There was no run-around or game-playing -- the lowest number was laid out from the beginning and it was significantly better than anyone else could do. Simply put, if you're looking for a new Nissan in the Twin Cities, go to Luther. More

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Form sales to finance. I told them what I wanted and where I needed my payments and they accommodated me.
