By far the best/relaxed vehicle purchase ever!. Brad, Jeff, Neil, and Mike are professional, great listeners (understanding my wants), patient, and cordial making the entire purchase a pleasant/memorable Jeff, Neil, and Mike are professional, great listeners (understanding my wants), patient, and cordial making the entire purchase a pleasant/memorable experience. Jeff spent a considerable amount of time showing me the difference between the SV and SL models of Frontier as well as explaining the 'bells and whistles' of the vehicle I purchased. Mike followed with a cordial and professional finish (contracts) to my visit. I left Luther Nissan feeling excited and confident I made the right choice!!!! No buyer's remorse here!!! A job well done!! Thank You Robert (Buzz) Sawyer More

They worked with us over the course of a couple of weeks - calling around and ultimately finding the exact car we wanted (we wanted specific colors and features). They also were very respectful of our time and we spent very little time at the dealership working out the details. Stephen has been very proactive in helping me learn the features of the car and how to make the best use of the car's technology. More

I really like doing business with this Luther Kia dealership. The employees are very helpful and will work to find the best deal for you. This is my second time buying/trading cars from them. It is dealership. The employees are very helpful and will work to find the best deal for you. This is my second time buying/trading cars from them. It is a long wait with the paperwork side of things, but that is because they are working behind the scenes to give you the best deal. I didn't have perfect credit, and I was trading in two vehicles for an upgrade lease. I love my new Rogue. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. I have also been bringing my other vehicles in for service, and their service department is top notch. More

Was referred to this dealer though an at work purchase program that allowed me to negotiate price prior to going to dealership. This took a lot of hassle and potential concerns away when it came to price program that allowed me to negotiate price prior to going to dealership. This took a lot of hassle and potential concerns away when it came to price negotiation. Generally (like with all my car buying experiences), I hate the part when it comes to dealing with the finance guy. It's like dealing with a mortician who insists on a casket upgrade, and when you don't cave, they make you feel like you don't love the deceased enough. When it turned down all of the add-ons, even my twelve years old daughter, commented later "he looked like you shot his dog when you said no to all that stuff.". She's pretty observant. The paperwork, when placed in front of me, felt rushed. The numbers were off from what had been verbally agreed upon, but we'd already been waiting for two hours, and the differences were slight, but enough that I noticed. I had previously arranged finding, the dealer told me they could beat the rate I was quoted, but ended up coming in 0.14% higher. A trivial amount, for sure, but enough to feel it. My previously negotiated $ amount for the vehicle was the base price I was given at the dealership, but I was led to believe that I could only get that price if I financed with them (rebate from financier ). What if I had brought a check? Would I have been given the price I was quoted? The waiting for the financial guy was the hardest. When I was approved at my bank prior to going to the dealership, they were willing and able to give me a quote in ten minutes. At the dealership, I waited an hour and a half. I don't know if it was done intentionally, but I didn't meet with the finance guy until well after my bank had closed, eliminating any chance to contact them while working with finance. The manager/supervisor Neil was a pleasure to work with, as well as Mike Arnold, my sales guy. I'm recommending this dealership, but make sure you have the time and energy to read everything, question those things that don't look right, and take the time to make them correct any errors. More

I actually had fun buying a car. I came in with a few very specific goals. Escape a decade driving a minvan, roll trade-in car debt into a new loan, get a new or slightly used car with significant warra very specific goals. Escape a decade driving a minvan, roll trade-in car debt into a new loan, get a new or slightly used car with significant warranty, but stay under $300/month. The sales person, david, and sales manager, Neil, worked effectively as a team to present 2 car options. Neil walked practically and simply through why a lease might open other car options given my goals. I wasn't interested in a lease for a variety of reasons. That left one option--Kia Soul, which I like the look of, but wasn't convinced about given its reviews. I left to think about it. They made good use of my time, respected my goals and called with a price option, then called again based on another factor. I took a few days, shopped this option against other dealers, but couldn't beat it in my mind. I returned, my original sales agent was not there, Scott Holerud stepped in, teaming with Neil to pick up where we left off. Neil again ran numbers quickly--telling me how many more dollars I'd need per month over my goal to get to the next cheapest car option. Still worried about the choice, he told me things buyers like about Soul, who it was marketed to/for, but who is buying it, how frequently and how happy they are. Again, very factual, practical and useful information. I finally made the decision, but they didn't have the base car in stock to reach my goals. Neil explored ordering it elsewhere, but finally split the difference on the option they had in stock to make it a possibility. You'd think I was done, but while they got everything ready, Scott checked in to keep my company, suggested I had time to go clean my car out at home and later sat in my new car to teach me the electronics. Michael in finance was equally caring and helpful, running through what my monthly fee looks like with rebates versus various loan choices. I had information to make decisions, rather than an environment I've experienced elsewhere that presents limited options, retains information, and doesn't deal simply in giving you information you need to make decisions for yourself. I felt empowered and respected, and I felt like they actually cared whether my personal goals were met. I left with a car I feel really good about and escaped my decade in a minivan! A big thank you to the team. More

My visit to this dealer was as seamless, efficient, and extremely positive. The reps, Neil and Dave were very personable and the entire sales experience was consultative and low-pressure as possible. Addit extremely positive. The reps, Neil and Dave were very personable and the entire sales experience was consultative and low-pressure as possible. Additionally, this dealership's process (and perhaps Luther's process corporate-wide) seems very streamlined without having the conveyor-belt feel. Hats of to these folks for making the buying process as quick and simple as possible. Also, the after-sales F&I person was very friendly and didn't push the protective sealants (or any of those things that I would never buy) but rather just gave me all the information necessary in order for me to make an informed decision if I were interested. My wife and I were looking to get two new cars. Scott and sales managers did a great job of putting together a competitive package. After shopping around at a few other dealers, we found that their original sales managers did a great job of putting together a competitive package. After shopping around at a few other dealers, we found that their original offer was still the most competitive. Plus they let us drive each of the vehicles overnight to make sure we liked them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a Nissan. More
