No communication, never answered voice mail and texts. Broke the good side of what was to be fixed while inspecting the car to figure out how to fix the bad part. Kept the car 2 1/2 days to tell me that if I had $3,600 they would fix a part that costs $371.76 ( tension cable for stingray convertible top) RIPOFF!!! They cause half of the problem and should pay for it.. More

Incompetent thieves! Tried to get me to replace 2 things that were fine ($2000) said I was leaking oil badly, i wasn't at all. I was leaking trany fluids. They missed that and I broke down 150 miles into a cross country business trip. I always take the van in for oil change & inspection before long trips to head off trouble, im furious with the level if incompetence and attempted thievery! More

So far it has been a good experience. No problems getting oil changes. My car is currently in for service, and it has been in there for going on two weeks now with no communication as to No problems getting oil changes. I’m lucky that I was given a loaner vehicle for this service otherwise I would be very frustrated with the current situation. More
