Service advisors were very accommodating and helpful, while working diligently to resolve the issue and obtain coverage from a very difficult extended warranty company. while working diligently to resolve the issue and obtain coverage from a very difficult extended warranty company. More

Usually service is good and they accommodate me knowing I use my car for work. This was now the third time my vehicle has been in the shop for fuel related issues. They were “short staffed” and couldn’t even use my car for work. This was now the third time my vehicle has been in the shop for fuel related issues. They were “short staffed” and couldn’t even look at my car for several days and then once they finally did, it was 5 more days to get the part delivered and my car fixed. I requested a loaner or rental car and was told my contract only allowed a rental for the day the car was serviced and no loaners were available leaving me again without a car for 9 days. This is not acceptable!! It’s not my fault that the service department was short staffed and I was told that they didn’t know I was going to have my car towed in. Well, likewise, I didn’t know my car was going to quit on the side of the road while I was working! That seemed like a pretty ignorant thing to say- you didn’t know I was having my car towed in. Next time, I’ll try to give you a couple days notice when it’s going to stop working. Not Onstar or my Chevy app gave me any notice there was an issue when I hit the message Low Power Mode as I coasted to the side of the road and it shut off on me. For the most part, service is good, and they try to squeeze me in for oil changes because of my busy schedule and needing my car to work, but this is now the third issue with the fuel system and each time has left me stranded for over a week with no vehicle which is not okay. I will NEVER bring my car to this dealer again! They kept my car for over six weeks. I called repeatedly to get an update. Never was able to get anything. Never received a call back. When the car w They kept my car for over six weeks. I called repeatedly to get an update. Never was able to get anything. Never received a call back. When the car was finally “ready” and I picked it up the car was in a horrible state. It was obvious that it was left outside the entire time. This is a very nice low mileage ZR1 Corvette. It’s not the kind of car one leaves outside in the elements, especially for weeks at a time. The car was filthy. Covered in dirt and residue from mineral buildup on the paint from the rain. The drivers side window must have been left down because the interior was soaked. The carpet was filled with water. Mildew smell was so bad I felt nauseous after driving just a few miles. I had to take it to a specialty shop to get new carpet installed. I wasn’t going to trust the yahoos at the dealer to do it even if they offered to pay. No way! Dealers like Ferman are the reason why Chevy dealers get such a bad rap. It is well deserved. More

Service is always great, except for service communication. The on line link is inaccurate and my vehicle progress actually went backwards by the second day my vehicle was there. I also received communication. The on line link is inaccurate and my vehicle progress actually went backwards by the second day my vehicle was there. I also received a text from service advising to text the number for updates on vehicle service progress. I texted twice with no response. I also called service twice leaving messages because no one picks up the call. No response from service. Towards the end of the second day my vehicle was in service I received a message my vehicle was ready for pick up. Service communication needs to improve to receive a five star rating. More
