The service manager was a jerk. A service technician broke the panel clip and I asked for it to be replaced at no cost to me because I didn’t break it. The service manager gaslighted me and kept putting words in my mouth and kept interrupting me. I was never rude to him but he talked to me like I was an idiot. My Grand Cherokee has just over 30,000 at 4 years and is in excellent condition. He didn’t care. I paid good money for a vehicle that’s breaking to no fault of my own. Super disappointed in this dealership now. I purchased this vehicle at FRISCO CDJR in Frisco, TX. Due to the Service Manager, I won’t go back. He needs to learn customer service skills. More

I’m extremely disappointed with the way this issue has been handled. It’s been nearly four weeks now, and I’m still waiting—without clear updates, timelines, or accountability. To make matters worse, d been handled. It’s been nearly four weeks now, and I’m still waiting—without clear updates, timelines, or accountability. To make matters worse, due to the ongoing delays and faulty parts, I’ve had to rely on a rental car this entire time, which has been a significant inconvenience and expense. Despite numerous follow-ups—often three to five times a day—I still receive no proactive updates. I’ve repeatedly asked for the Service Manager, Niel & Ryan to get in touch with me, but my calls and requests have gone unanswered. That lack of response is unacceptable. Unfortunately, my experience working with Jordan has also been unreliable. The lack of consistent communication and follow-through has left me with no confidence that this issue is being handled responsibly. This entire situation has gone far beyond a reasonable delay. I need immediate clarity on what is being done to resolve the issue and what timeline I can expect—without me having to chase for answers every single day. More
