I paid a lot for this truck. It was raining when I picked it up so I didn’t have time to look through it. When I got home, I discovered iIt had not been cleaned. If it wasn’t clean, I’m not so sure that the $600 I paid for the protector was actually applied. I had to take goof off and remove gunk on the driver side, kick plate and door. The carpet was filthy. You should take your time and make sure that the vehicle is spotless before you allow a customer to pick it up. He just leaves a bad taste in your mouth no matter how everything else went. Selling to me was an easy sell. I have an extremely high credit rating and I gave you money on top of that. More

The dealership was acceptable. We did not come back and buy specifically because of anything the dealership did or did not do. We did, on the other hand, come back and buy a vehicle because Nelly did so many things right. HE, exclusively, deserved our business. We did come by on a day that Nelly was not working and we were shown around by Cody. We were not a fan of Cody as he did not do anything productive for us. On top of that, he was the epitome of the “car salesman” that deters me from car dealerships. I REALLY hope he did not receive ANY credit for the purchase of our new car. More

Nelly was by far the most amazing, genuine, down to earth salesman we have dealt with. We went in with an idea, loved the car, but my husband and I always sleep on it for 24 hours before a purchase. It ended salesman we have dealt with. We went in with an idea, loved the car, but my husband and I always sleep on it for 24 hours before a purchase. It ended up being 3 weeks before we came back (life). Nelly wasn’t there, but a gentleman greeted us, we told him we were dealing with Nelly, he continued to give us info, but we knew we would not make a deal with anyone other than Nelly. Besides that, we were given info on one vehicle we knew we weren’t interested in. That specific gentleman didn’t have nearly the charm or charisma as Nelly! We left that day, came back the next just to continue the working relationship with Nelly. We are grateful for his knowledge and compassion towards the customer (us). He got to know us on more than just a “I want this sale” level. I would recommend him 10 fold to any family or friends looking for a new Chevy. The finance gentleman was awesome. So funny and filled with tons of interesting facts about the dealership. More

Purchased an $87,000 vehicle and could not take delivery of it due to a recall. They should have explained this to me before I committed to it and made the purchase. To make matters worse they did not have of it due to a recall. They should have explained this to me before I committed to it and made the purchase. To make matters worse they did not have the available part needed in stock. The purchase was made on Friday and on Saturday morning told me they could not find the part and it would probably be Monday before they get the part. I had them give me the part number and I located the needed part at a different dealership very close to them within 15 minutes. So, I had to find the part for the new vehicle that I just purchased, how crazy is that! My salesman seemed surprised that I found the part and he actually picked the part up himself and delivered it to the service department. Because of my own efforts and due diligence I was able to take delivery of my new vehicle on Saturday evening. Once I made the deal and the vehicle was sold they did not have any more urgency. That's unbelievable a customer has to actually find a certain part in order to take delivery of a new vehicle. They know this particular make and model has a certain recall, why wouldn't they have this particular part in stock? Love the vehicle, but my purchasing experience was very frustrating. More
