Neme made car buying non-stressful. After my car was totaled while parked, he understood the frustrations of being without a vehicle. He was friendly Honda dealerships. Our experience at Colonial Honda has been the very best! Nemy has the qualities we look for in a sales consultant. He was friendly, attentive and struck a perfect balance between giving us our space and being available whenever we had a question. He made us feel at ease about taking test drives on our own for more than one vehicle and made our purchase satisfying and super easy! We had frozen our credit when an account of ours had been hacked in the past and we forgot to unfreeze it before applying for credit. Lucy, the finance manager, was so nice to arrange for one of their runners to drive to our home the next day, over an hour away, to bring the loan application papers so we could sign them without having to return to the dealership saving us hours of time! Miguel, the general sales manager greeted us like family when we arrived and worked with our favorite sales rep, Nemy, to arrange to have scratches on the wheels repaired which was a plus since the car we purchased was pre-owned. We will never buy a Honda anywhere else! More
