Toyota Orlando After selling privately my Toyota Land Cruiser, I wanted to downsize my daily commuter vehicle. A few days ago I stopped into Toyota Orlando and was impressed with everyone who assisted me in leasing my new electric blue, V6 2016 Toyota Tacoma > Nestor, John, Henry and Ms. Kimber Williams - who on that day broke all land speed records to finish up my paperwork - allowing me to get to work on time. It turned into an great experience. We started our shopping on Friday night and did not have a good experience. When we came back Saturday morning, it was fantastic!! I would definitely recommend for everyone to ask for John Cruz and Nestor Mendez. They were great. John Cruz started his morning with us knowing we didn't have the best experience the night before and went out of his way to make everything right, make sure we were happy and had everything we wanted, oh and was able to make my husband laugh(hard task in itself lol) . Nestor Mendez was great he showed us all the vehicles we wanted to see very patiently and was knowledgeable. He gave us great advice while we were choosing our Tacoma. He was honest and that made us feel at ease about the truck we were choosing. Dessiree Figueroa took care of all our paperwork and we were in such a hurry, it was Saturday morning and had a very busy day. She was very patient with us and worked so hard to make sure we were out if there at the time we needed to leave. Our experience on Saturday was all together a great one. I would recommend them to anyone who was searching. Those three made our time at Toyota Stress Free!! Thanks guys!!!! Oh and we love our 2016 Tacoma!!! More

The Best Toyota Dealership in Orlando I had the pleasure of working with Niels Christensen, Nestor Menendez and several other employees at the dealership when I came in to purchase my new I had the pleasure of working with Niels Christensen, Nestor Menendez and several other employees at the dealership when I came in to purchase my new Tundra. I had been to several other Orlando dealerships prior to this visit. From the first few minutes of being there I knew I was in the right place. Visually appealing dealership, clean, well dressed staff and friendly people. Didn't purchase want I came in for which was a much more basic Tundra and was sold what I didn't need a fully-loaded Tundra and ended up paying less for much more of a Tundra than I had anticipated. Thats a win-win in my book. Thank you everyone who assisted me. More

When we drove up to Toyota of Orlando Alberto Grandaillo greeted us and within a few min explained the different models of Camry's and we had our test drive. We chose our car and the paper work began. We went to financing closed the deal got the keys and drove off. We had put off buying a car for a year because we always had a such a nightmare looking for a car. Well now we will never look or buy anywhere else! Our sales person was the reason we bought here. Alberto Grandillo was kind, friendly and very knowledgeable NEVER pushy. Please ask for him by name he is hard working and an asset to this Toyota dealer. More
