I was treated respectfully when I bought my car. The next day, I had a tire pressure indicator light come on. When I brought the car back, they apologized for the problem and the service department gave me a day, I had a tire pressure indicator light come on. When I brought the car back, they apologized for the problem and the service department gave me a complimentary lunch. The waiting room is sizeable and comfortable. The service tech correctly diagnosed the problem but what really impressed me were his final comments. He offered to give me a free rental car if the problem reoccurred, so that they could have enough time to figure out the problem without inconveniencing me. I did not have the problem reoocur but really appreciated that way that everyone treated me. More

2018 pathfinder purchase Pleasant experience but my car was delivered to me with NO owners manuels and one key. I got no walk around and explanation of how to operate the many Pleasant experience but my car was delivered to me with NO owners manuels and one key. I got no walk around and explanation of how to operate the many options, like something as simple as getting to the spare tire which is mounted under the rear and I have no idea where to lower it. I'm not pleased with the delivery and getting one key is very dangerous. More

After my cousin drove my car while it was overheated and blew the engine I was very upset and in need of another car. I called Nevelyn and he was very assuring. He actually took my car that didn't run in as blew the engine I was very upset and in need of another car. I called Nevelyn and he was very assuring. He actually took my car that didn't run in as a trade in and put me in a brand new 2020 Accord Sport. Nevelyn was very professional and gave us many options with new and used vehicles. The reason for the rating of four is a breakdown of communication at dealership. After my purchase I left the car for detail work to be done as I was promised and came to pick up car on Monday and none of the work had been done. I was not pleased. The salesperson and service department need to communicate better with each other. There lack caused an inconveniences for me. Now the car has to return back to dealership for the detail work to be completed. I was told they would come to the house and pick it up Wednesday. So at this point I will have to wait and see. More
