I Arranged a date for my Factory repair service. Arrived at the date and time. I waited an hour and a half to be told. Not pleased how Chrysler jeep handle my vehicle issues. My jeep had an issue shifting gear. Brought the vehicle to dealer as it was protected by manufacture warranty. NOT BUYING JEEP AGAIN. I FEEL I WAS TREATED UNFAIR AS THIS SEEMS TO BE A KNOWN ISSUES WITH THIS VEHICLE. ALSO DEALER HAS A POOR SERVICE.
