They were able to mount and balance all 4 tires in a very fast pace, they had a team working on my vehicle, it felt like NASCAR, service was done with no issues. I recommend the service and I really apprecia fast pace, they had a team working on my vehicle, it felt like NASCAR, service was done with no issues. I recommend the service and I really appreciate the tire promo the company had... the only thing I suggest is removing the credit card processing fee, it should be the cost of doing business. Other than that, I highly recommend working with Neyma and the express team. Collision center is also worth highlighting, they gave me an awesome quote for repairing my hood. More

Extremely poor communication and follow though. Disappointed in the entire repair process. It took 3 weeks to complete a warranty repair and throughout the repair process I was unable to speak to m Disappointed in the entire repair process. It took 3 weeks to complete a warranty repair and throughout the repair process I was unable to speak to my service advisor ( not once) and the service manager never returned my three phone messages. Ultimately I was able to get my jeep repaired but the dealership made it painful from the get go. More

Brought jeep in to get all 5 locks rekeyed and they took 2 months to return and only rekeyed 2 locks and missed doing the other 3 locks. Jeep back at shop and no true apology 2 months to return and only rekeyed 2 locks and missed doing the other 3 locks. Jeep back at shop and no true apology More

Terrible as usual. Gave it a second chance. Big mistake. Car was in for a week and a half. Could not get service agent to call or text me back about my car. When I went Gave it a second chance. Collision light was supposed to be fixed but is still on ........, This dealership is the worst. I have bought two cars from them but will NEVER again. More
