Wife and I decided on a sedan vs suv. After driving an Avalon we felt that this was the car we wanted. TJ the sales rep was very patient with his explanations and reviews. He steered us through the process Unfortunately the Avalon we preferred was not available now or in near future. There was a different model coming in 5 weeks which we agreed to purchase. TJ kept us apprised of the vehicle’s progress, called several times and met with twice for paperwork. When the vehicle finally arrived he started his vacation. But Nicholas another sales rep filled in admirably helping us deal with insurance paperwork. On purchase he reviewed the standard features and took the time to deal with our questions My only frustration was that when we test drove an Avalon it was a touring with features that we preferred. TJ felt that overall the new car would meet our needs as we explained to him. In retrospect we wished we had a chance to test drive the specific model as after seeing the differences we may have decided to not purchase this one. Took a long ride happy with the drive, comfort and ambiance but would have preferred additional options. More

Nick Ferraro was our sales rep. & it was a nice experience interacting with him. Nick listened to our request for what we we were looking in a new Toyota and sourced a RAV4 to acc & it was a nice experience interacting with him.
