This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle completely online. What an easy process with Maserati of Santa Monica! Kevin Krumpak is a wonderful salesman. Secondly, not only was he reliable and prompt to respond during the purchasing process, he has also been immediately available with other assistance and has always been willing to help with our multiple questions throughout the delivery process as well. We probably unnecessarily bothered him many times, but he has always been pleasant and has either been able to answer our questions or has put us in contact with the correct people right away. I couldn’t be happier with the dealership, and I’m loving my like-new CPO 2020 Levante. The financing process was smooth and not at all stressful with Nick, great options available for warranty extension and additional coverage for a luxury vehicle - which we feel are an absolute necessity. All around, absolutely my best car buying experience! I will be recommending Kevin, Nick, and everyone else we interacted with at Maserati of Santa Monica. More
