North End Mazda has made our car buying experience wonderful, easy and headache-free. This will be my husband's second purchase through North End, and my first, although I have worked with North End i wonderful, easy and headache-free. This will be my husband's second purchase through North End, and my first, although I have worked with North End in the past to service my Mazda (purchased elsewhere) and have nothing but a great experience, including being provided with a loaner cars when requested. Nick was wonderful from the minute we met with him. It was a busy day for the dealership, and though we experienced a slight wait, Nick was great to check in on us, let us know how long the wait would be, and we were still in and out within a few hours, which included a test drive, financial discussions, and finally an eventual purchase. We both were nothing but pleased with this experience! Michael was also wonderful in dealing with the finance piece and a change in our plan to trade-in our vehicle. We were able to address the change and Michael and the team were able to meet our requests and accommodate our changes without any change to our pickup time. Overall both my husband and I would highly recommend North End Mazda!! Thank you for being wonderful! More
