North End Mazda is friendly, courteous, respectful, efficient and treat you as if you are part of the family. Simply, great service. My CX-5 is my office and the folks at North End, especially Coll efficient and treat you as if you are part of the family. Simply, great service. My CX-5 is my office and the folks at North End, especially Collette, understand my needs, make sure that all preventative maintenance takes place so no loss of work time happens. And if my vehicle needs extensive work a loaner car is always made available. And finally, Nick, my salesman, who walked me thru the process of purchasing the new Mazda was one of the friendliest, most down to earth salesman I have ever dealt with. He was just fantastic. Straightforward, knowledgeable, knew the market and placed me in the perfect vehicle. More

The young man who sold us our car was very professional, not pushy, and respectful, as was the Mgr who did our paperwork.
