Very nice facility, but I am not happy with my visit, because I have to visit again: Nick helped me with my routine service and told me my tires needed to be replaced. I told him about how I had had the mdx for 6-7 months and was using Nitrogen to fill the tires and had no problems or warnings, even on very cold days. He informed me that the nitrogen was a gimmick and that normal air was okay. The next morning 2/27/2020 was about 33 degrees and after 10 minutes on the road I got a TPMS SYTEM ERROR, yellow warning lights and all. The system was not reporting any tire pressure on any of the 4 tires. I called the service department and was told by the man that answered (Don’t know his name) that it was a cold morning and that his car had a TPMS warning light that day and that was why mine had it. He said bring the car in and the dealership would look at it. I don’t have the time to burn for another visit. The system worked flawlessly before changing the tires. I guess I’ll figure out how to get back there as soon as I can. Not a good feeling to be worried about the exact issue the previous day and told it is normal today. I am sure Jackson will make it right, we bought this car from them and have done all the service at the dealer. More
