Disappointed this time I usually give an excellent review but this time , in addition to the scheduled service , I made 1 request . I asked that the Rear Wiper blade on my R I usually give an excellent review but this time , in addition to the scheduled service , I made 1 request . I asked that the Rear Wiper blade on my RDX be replaced since the rubber was hanging down from the blade. When I picked up the car , I did not see the black rubber strip so assumed it was taken care of . The following day I used it & the rubber strip was dangling again . This is a small matter but I drive from Dahlonega faithfully for my service appointments. More

Great Service at Jackson ACURA My service trip was for a basic A-level service at around 80,000 miles. I was received by the service manager and my car was taken in immediately e My service trip was for a basic A-level service at around 80,000 miles. I was received by the service manager and my car was taken in immediately even though I was a walk-in and had no prior appointment. Service was quick, efficiant, and my car was returned in just about an hours time. My car was washed and vacuumed as part of the normal service. I highly recommend Jackson Acura for maintenance of your Acura vehicle. More

RDX Infotainment Service I had a recent issue with my new 2019 RDX and the infotainment system not functioning properly. After trying the Acura Link system in the car, which I had a recent issue with my new 2019 RDX and the infotainment system not functioning properly. After trying the Acura Link system in the car, which was not really helpful because all they told me was to take my car into the dealership. At Jackson, I left my car for over an hour for them to run diagnostics, and then waited for about another 20-30 minutes when I returned to the dealership. No one ever called me as promised, and I finally asked someone about the status. It turned out that they were already finished looking at my car, but they had no answer. They basically told me that there have been some compatibility issues with iPhone and Android phones and the infotainment system, and that there may be a software update coming out to try to address this. I was handed a bulletin issued by Acura that outlined this issue, and what some troubleshooting methods were. None of those recommendations worked. And, since the bulletin was dated July of 2018, I can only assume that Acura still does not have an answer for the problem almost a year later. The frustrating part is that, later that same day, I contacted Acura directly via their main website. Within 24 hours, a technical support person contacted me and walked me through the process to reset the factory settings, which allowed my CarPlay to start working again. Someone at Jackson should have been able to help me with that. I don't know if the same problem will occur, but at least I know now how to hit the reset button. My normal experiences with Jackson have always been very positive, for both sales and service. This one was not, but I will continue to come to Jackson unless I have similar issues in the future. More
