I scheduled the service with a female service writer to check out the exhaust because I smell it in the cabin while driving. I was a couple days late and she was off that day, my bad. Nick challenged the issue and said they all do that, that it wasn’t worth even taking it for a test drive to confirm or deny. I left the car there for an oil change and the general inspection. I have the car back, still smelling exhaust. Girl friend doesn’t like riding in it. Not sure what to do next. Until now, I had always received exemplary service from you guys to the point that I bragged about it to everyone. My best friend’s daughter, Lauren Armitage, but a new one from you couple years back when she graduated college. I am no longer saying good things about y’all. Bummer.

The repair was made quickly and my car was returned to me cleaned and ready to go. Car has performed well since the repair.
