Nick, my service advisor did a great job of handling my repairs. He was attentive and kept me up to date and explained accurately all of my questions. I was disappointed, however, at the cleanliness of the repairs. He was attentive and kept me up to date and explained accurately all of my questions. I was disappointed, however, at the cleanliness of the seating in the waiting room. All or the arm rests were considerably dirty and the seat cushions were all stained with rings. It was not a very inviting place to sit down. Your technicians do a good job.and am always happy with my vehicle after repairs/maintenance. More
