Even with Covid restrictions the dealership is as wonderful as ever. Everyone is courteous and efficient. Communication about my vehicle and the plan to fix the issue was poor. I brought my car in to address a sound it was making, even pointed them to the area by describing the issue in detail. I was dismissed and had to repeatedly ask that they address the issue. Zero communication once the issue was found over the weekend. Just an overall negative experience. More

Took my car in for oil change/check. After 2 hrs I had to ask if it was ready. Paperwork said the air filters were dirty. Don't think they even checked. I had just changed filters a few months before myself ask if it was ready. Paperwork said the air filters were dirty. Don't think they even checked. I had just changed filters a few months before myself. When I pulled it out it looked brand new. They never discussed anything. Think they just checked their history and not actually the car itself. Got the feeling they were trying to take advantage of 66 year old woman. Not impressed with their service. More
