Anybody looking for a car she go to Bozard ford any Fords I buy in the near future I will buy from Bozard ford I can’t read enough about how great the customer service has been. Living in Charlotte And buying a car in Florida Is a big deal but once again I buy from there because of the customer service. Just a great all-around dealership couldn’t ask for better people. More

This was our 3rd purchase from Bozard, and going in during the holidays we were a bit skeptic. Given the delays caused by Covid, we braced ourselves for a challenging experience. We researched the vehicle we were looking to order prior to coming in, and simply planned a "Transaction". Nick was extremely welcoming, personable, and professional, and not only provided us with an experience beyond our expectation, but helped us to identify several items that were unnecessary and would have delayed the order even more. We could not have been more pleasantly surprised with the experience, and will absolutely recommend him and Bozard to any and all friends and family. More

Nick was nice and involved in helping us with the test drive and checking out the Mustang. And going over the out the door price we had agreed upon thanks to Sams Club and a great price on the last year model, $9k off MSRP! Nick was great did not react badly to us paying in cash and did not try to sell us on anything but the first party Ford protect the warranty. He also helped us find an old tag to transfer and us getting are cash in order. The facility was awesome and it will be great to see again for service! And definitely one of the best dealerships in northeast Florida and I know we looked at most of them! More
