We previously were frustrated because we had never used a credit union loan for a new car before and weren't expecting the delays. We blamed CDJR and it wasn't their fault. The CDJR of Leesburg people, particularly Logan and Nick were perfect in their handling of our deal, and we apologize for the previous negative rating! We were treated well by everyone there, but we're sorry we don't remember the names of all of them (yet!). By the way, we love our new Voyager and every day we learn something new and neat about it! As the saying goes, "it has all the bells and whistles". We've owned a 1983 Caravan, a 1997 Plymouth Voyager, and a 2009 Caravan, and we hope this one does as well as they did. Thank you! More

Nick was all about great service while the sale was happening, but once I paid cash for my new 2026 Ram 3500, that service vanished.
