The Service Department in particular a man by the name of Nick Hawk was extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional! I will Never go to Ferman service center again because of Nick Hawk. He disresp Nick Hawk was extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional! I will Never go to Ferman service center again because of Nick Hawk. He disrespected me multiple times to the point that I reported him to BMW North America Corporate. In the past, I always used Ferman BMW for all my service needs until my horrifically negative experiences with Nick. He is a horrific representative not only to Ferman, but to all of BMW!!! More
