Every time I come here they screw something up! Every time I come here something is royally screwed up, usually safety related! I came in May 1st after hitting an unavoidable rather large pothole Every time I come here something is royally screwed up, usually safety related! I came in May 1st after hitting an unavoidable rather large pothole on the left side of my car since I had a claim through the city. Everything went well, Nick the service advisor was great to work with. They put on 2 new left wheels, 2 new tires, TPMS and front left wheel bearing. Just today I go to rotate my rear tires left to right (rear right is wearing a bit faster) and find out that the rear left wheel has 3/5 lug bolts over-torqued, It took 280 ft-lbs to release them! The torque spec is 140NM or 103 ft-lbs! This is absolutely moronic and causes a safety concern as the threads in the hub and bolts can be damaged, or the bolt stretched and then it snaps off as you're driving. The other time I was at the dealer was for the airbag recall, they forgot to plug in the BT antenna which disabled BT, they also in the process SMASHED the connector so it no longer fit together. Even further, they left greasy fingerprint marks all over the inside of the car, the A pillars, headliner etc. More

Your service department was very disappointing on the work and workmanship that was done on my vehicle ! I spent a lot of money at your dealership on my vehicle a lot of money to me is a paycheck to pay work and workmanship that was done on my vehicle ! I spent a lot of money at your dealership on my vehicle a lot of money to me is a paycheck to paycheck I wish I could just come in there and buy a brand new car and not worry about it but I’m not one of the rich ones in Palm Harbor !! Your service advisor and your service department is a rip off very disappointed on how a dealership operates I will never ever come to your dealership again I will never ever recommend your dealership to anybody ! Nick your service advisor and your service manager should be ashamed of themselves how they took care of me on the work that was done on my vehicle totally ripped me off . I have a 2007 328I coupe with manual shift and loads of options. The car is still in great condition in large part because Ferman’s Service department seems to care about this car as much as I do.
