After purchasing my new 2025 Silverado my sales rep made it very easy to schedule my next visit, convenient to my schedule, for a bullet list of items that were to be delivered and installed. On the day of my scheduled service appointment I was immediately greeted and assisted well by all Service Department staff. While reviewing items scheduled to be completed, I noticed an indifference in parts ordered compared to parts expected at which time my sales rep listened to my concerns and was able to make the necessary changes for the Service needed, followed by finding a loaner vehicle until mine was complete. Updates on my vehicle were promptly received, and upon return to pick up my vehicle all items were taken care of as expected.
