We have bought many cars over the years but we have never had such an excellent experience! We decided to lease this time and we are well pleased. The gentleman who worked with us-Nick Makrakis- was wonderful ! He was patient and answered all our questions and concerns and explained how leasing works. My wife set her heart on the Lexus RX350 premium in Matador Red Mica with Palamino interior. This was not on the lot but Nick tracked one down and assured my wife she could have it within ten days. He stayed in constant contact with her and notified her when her car was ready. He personally met with us when we went to pick up the car and introduced us to Clayton Lewis who handled the financing paperwork. Having had nothing but negative experiences with financing people in the past we were VERY pleased with the way Clayton took us through all the paperwork. Overall we are VERY pleased with everyone at the dealership. My wife just reminded me how impressed we were with the service center. It was so clean it was scary! More

I brought in my 2022 Lexus RX 350 F Sport for the 10k maintenance. Arrived a hour early for my appointment time at 8:30 am but Christopher sanchez took it in right away. Traffic was light coming from Bea maintenance. Arrived a hour early for my appointment time at 8:30 am but Christopher sanchez took it in right away. Traffic was light coming from Beaumont that day. It only took them less than a hour to do the job and was done before my scheduled appointment. While waiting, I walked the sales lot and sales floor. I saw a new 2023 GX460 on the lot that my wife would like. Atomic Silver, just like the 350 with red seats. I took pictures and a short video for her to see, and went home. Showed them to my wife and 2 hours later, I called Nick Makrakis, who sold us the RX 350, and asked him to have the GX 460 ready for us to look at. We got there from Beaumont 1.5 hours later and to make a long story shorter, we took the GX 460 home. The only thing I didn't like was how the Sales Manager low-balled me on the trade in. I know that's part of his job and I should have taken my time with that part of the transaction, but still... That's why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. More
