Just a quick note to say that today we purchased/leased our twelfth Lexus from Northside Lexus since 1999. My wife and I have owned multiple LS’s, ES’s, RX’s, and GX’s. Today we leased another GX460. We feel like Northside Lexus is our second home, by now we have probably spent more with you than we did for our home! We love your dealership because it is easy to buy/lease without a lot of games, high pressure and crazy car buying tactics. Everyone at Northside Lexus is friendly, personable and customer service oriented. Now for the guys we worked with today…. We have known Lance Williams for over twenty years. Lance is a real pro and we consider him a friend. He always does his very best to help us with every detail of the buying/leasing activities. We never think of buying a car without thinking of Lance. Nick Makrakis has been our salesman since Lance was promoted. Nick is amazing, his knowledge of every little detail of Lexus cars and SUV’s simply amazes me. Nick is another Northside Lexus employee that we consider our friend. Nick always goes the extra mile to guarantee we are sincerely satisfied with the service he provides and with our selection of the correct Lexus vehicle. Nick is without a doubt a real pro in the car industry and many cuts above. Forgive me but the name of our finance man escapes me but again he was a cut above and a real joy to meet with. He was without a doubt another dedicated employee, dedicated to Northside customers. My wife Cynthia and I will be back in two or three years to get our thirteenth Lexus from Northside Lexus.
