I told him my needs (they were quite specific) and he did his absolute best to find me a vehicle that works. Nick pays special attention to small details, ensuring that my vehicles are in great condition before they leave the dealership. He even thought to retain a carbon fiber license plate bracket for me that detailers likely would have tossed. Everyone else at Sears is also great. Very patient and willing to go the extra mile, no pun intended. More
