He didn't give up on me while I fought to save more money to put down for my price. He even arranged to go pick up the vehicle I really wanted. I am so grateful for him helping me into my first truck! Nick Macintyre went over Every. Single. Detail. of the truck with me after my purchase helping me feel comfortable with all its options, he answered all of my questions and showed me tricks and tips! My salesman was Alec Campola and helped to guide me through the experience and delivery and also my first detail. Jim Waterwash explained all the paper work thoroughly and helped me to understand the details. I am very glad I chose this dealership! More

Take it slow, trust but verify. I was assured I was getting at least the same features in my new truck that I had in my 2016 Ram. Walter offered to help but so far I am still dissatisfied with my purchase. Nick was my initial sales rep and he assured me it was an "apples-to-apples" deal compared to my 2016 Ram. After the first day I realized it wasn't and I was turned over to Walter. To be fair I didnt ask the right questions initially and should have insisted on Nick showing me a comparison. But after 6 hours I was tired and Nick got tied up with other customers. I am still hoping to work something out with Ganley but right now it isn't looking good. If I'm going to lose 12k I'm not sure I want to lose it there. I do have to give the service department top ratings. Right now the service department is the one reason I want to stick with Ganley. This is my 3rd purchase from Ganley. More

Nick Mcintire I have to say that Nick, did an excellent job for me. The car was as he said it would be , he was extremely honest and made the deal go very smooth. Paperwork was ready for me he drove me to the rental car office to help return the car and when we returned the car was washed filled with gas and ready to go. Great young man. He was pretty knowledgeable about the volvo I was purchasing , that I really appreciated. Took the time to show me how everything worked which was super nice. More

He was very knowledgeable about his products and you could tell he had a passion for the brand. He made sales/order process very easy and did a detailed review prior to submission. During the process I was introduced to Bob Kukwa who was very helpful, knowledgeable in the process of me getting a fair price without any “run-around”. In the end I got to meet Al Uber for the finance part of my purchase, he was also very knowledgeable and helpful.
