I can honestly say my wife and I used to feel that way too until we started dealing with Mike Urbania a long time ago, as well as the service team at Klaben. After each purchase that we've made there, we have never felt like we were just taken advantage of and Mike never tried to push a car on us that was beyond our means. He simply just wanted us to be comfortable and happy with our purchase. He knows every single detail and feature to each and every one of their cars and took the time to educate us and show us how to utilize each and every one of them. This is a good team of people to deal with when it comes to purchasing a car. From Mike to Nick in finance (that gives great grill cooking tips as well) to Bill and Karl in service, it's just a good group of people that appreciate their customers and that will go the extra mile to keep you happy.
