I purchased a new vehicle only to get it home to find out that the home link the sales guy said was in the car wasn’t. I called him twice before he said he made a mistake, great. I also purchased an aftermarket paint protection that couldn’t be done for a week. So I put the car in the garage until the appt. Took it back to Daytona Toyota for the application, when I picked it up there was a large scratch on the rear side door. No one in the service dept said a word until I pointed it out. So now I have a new SUV with 90 miles on it that has to be painted because the scratch was to the primer. I had to run around calling everyone to get any information. No one at the dealership wants to know anything or has offered any compensation or will even return a call. They should change the car out I paid 30k for a new car not a scratched piece of crap. From the dealership manager all the way down through sales and service has been a total disappointment. This is our second and last vehicle from Daytona Toyota, worst dealership anywhere, they said they stand behind their cars but I guess that’s only when things are good. Btw, I did try calling the Toyota company as they say to but guess what, NO ANSWER. More

We reached out to DJ, a manager for the location, and even though he was out of the state, he quickly responded to us and told us who we could make contact with once we arrived. In 2018 we dealt with DJ Garry and Ash Salih and now in 2020, we are still able to deal with the same great team members. This time Ash and his team, specifically Jefferey and Nick, were great! I really don’t think anyone enjoys buying a new car because the back and forth can be exhausting, but ultimately the process was pleasant with Ash’s team! We will be regular customers of theirs as long as the customer service stays amazing like it is now and we refer anyone and everyone to them. We travel from Jacksonville to Daytona, but the trip is worth the excellent customer service we receive! More
