Bought a used BMW Z3 two years ago (along with a brand new van). Two warning lights appeared almost immediately after bringing it home. Service dept. was not able to correct the problem. Attempted returning the vehicle but were told that wasn't possible. Promised they would take care of the problem. We are only in Florida for half the year so ran out of time running it back that year. Last year Covid hit. This year the car stopped several times in traffic. Took it in for the "free" oil change and to get the issues corrected. When we picked it up several days later, we got strange looks, no paper work, and were told there wasn't a charge. We are so disgusted with the service and sales staff at this dealership. Several of them promised to check on things for us but we never heard from them again. We contacted Toyota USA who tried unsuccessfully to help us. We will NEVER buy another car here. More
